Yeah, you guys. I don't know if times have changed but it didn't take much for the 15-20 year old guys to have a good time.

All of the things that you mentioned are sorely lacking by many many parents today. Kids having babies who didn't even have a Family to be a part of or grow up in. They do not know of the things you mentioned. They do not know what a Family is. Its very very sad. The poor babies are disadvantaged from day 1.

I recently put a profile back on an online dating site and I have to be honest, when I see a woman
in her late 30's or very early 40's that is a grandmother I leave the womans page immediately.
That is just me though. :?

No, actually it's not just you.
I've been doing research on attraction and dating in middle adulthood and young grandmothers are treated with a similar level of disdain as a woman with 4 or more kids trying to date.

 Yeah, that is another red flag for me. Sounds like interesting research. You can put in there that dating
in middle adulthood pretty much sucks! Meeting quality people at this age has been difficult.

I generally avoid the pittmike wife/gf jokes, but you have to admit you really hung that one over the plate.

i was looking at a profile on POF recently and the girl was in her early 30's, really cute, seemed well-adjusted/not crazy, decent interests, etc.

i get to the end of the profile and she says she has 6 kids !! 6 KIDS !!!

i guess there's no reason to be surprised or anything, but the # of girls in their 20's with multiple kids on dating sites is a very very high percentage. sad

The women with multiple kids in my age bracket 32-42 has to be 85% or higher. 3 or more kids is when I
personally tuck tail and run.

well yeah...i'm basically looking in the same age bracket and i pretty much assume that a single woman in that age range will have a kid. i'm definitely not opposed to dating someone that has a kid at all, but like you said when i start seeing 3+ , i can't hang

It's the reality of the world we live in. Over time I acutally have become a bit more skeptical of a woman
in her mid to late 30s that doesn't have one.

it is true....and i've actually heard a few comments from women who say the divorce thing isn't really such a bad thing...that in a similar way they think a guy in his 30's that never had a serious relationship is not good

I'm not sure what that means.

You're like Ally Sheedy in Breakfast Club. She dumped out the contents of her purse, but didn't want people to ask about said contents.

SuperChus to the rescue again. Saving the world from his perceived hypocrisy one post at a time.

Pittmike has a girlfriend so he can't EVER form an opinion regarding morals again? That doesnt seem quite fair. He didnt Peterson his wife or anything.
