As far as I know, there is only one way to fight crime...but there are too may powerful Lawyers who thrive on crimes. Their business & livelihood depend on it. Crime = job security.

In theory, yes. But we all know that just isn't going to happen. Citizens pay taxes for a number of reasons & being protected is one of them. CPD is failing. Badly. Not surprising in this state & city though.
