i was listening to the game at this point and the Cardinal announcers were saying you could only do that if the ivy was grown out. Is that right?

He must have broke in initially or else Rick had some kind of weird shift positioning on. He wasn't just running over to get that but he was also kind of going back.

The uniforms aren't great. I know everyone used to use those numbers (even the Yankees, which is weird), but now they're just the Red Sox numbers to me. Oh well, special event, whatever.
