Maybe you just need a taste of 'what for' ...

 (what the hell was 'to for' actually supposed to be anyway)

Unless I am eating a sandwich I have no use for bread and never have. I got yelled at many times as a kid for not eating bread. I went to Curt's Barbecue earlier this week and they put about 12 pieces of bread with my order. Who need that much bread? They do have the best sauce in the world but I don't need bread to for.

Has Curt's actual food gotten better....or should you now be under suspicion???

I only order chicken because I don't eat beef or pork. It's really hard to mess that up and the sauce would probably cover it up anyway. Don't know if anything else is good though. I've gone there before just to buy the sauce.

 for it. I'm not sure how that happened. Another reason why I should read my posts before I hit submit.

People ate stacks of butter-lathered white-bread and yet obesity rates were miniscule compared to now.

  In 1998 everything from Curt's was great but you had to wait 5 hours for it. That's the last time I ate beef or pork. What is real barbecue? Who has the best sauce in your opinion?

Curt's sauce IS pretty damned good....but chicken ain't barbeque. And Curt's tips & links back then were just ok. :|

So you're telling me that after eating every part of the pig and cow I didn't know what good barbecue was? You're probably right. If the sauce was good I usually liked whatever I ate.

interesting, i've always wanted to try the actual BBQ

i agree with you, their sauce is the best. it's a little thinner which i like, i don't like the thick globby stuff...but not too many stores carry it anymore. i saw it at Pete's but it was all these weird varieties, i think there was a watermelon one ??? but no regular/spicy
