So what what a good task be the for the losing team?

2 Hours of picking up trash? Yup, in the orange vests!

Paint a school?

Not one player would be contractually obligated to do the work, and they can forever be known as the guy who didnt show up and work. All you would need is the captain of each team to be on board.
