After 911, many large companies have obviously stepped up their security efforts & there are lots of smaller security companies who employ ex military special ops types. They will send a team of guys to an Oil Refinery, manufacturing plant, whatever, & they will proceed to breach every hole in their current security system to show them where they are vulnerable. It isn't so much about protecting products, its about protecting the facilities, people, & intellectual property. I sell to one of these security companies & their business is growing so fast they cant take all the jobs that are offered to them.

Sounds like these "security" experts are bamboozling corporations to the tune of millions.

A security breach at a waste water treatment facility, oil refinery or a chemical plant could be catastrophic for a lot of people, including shareholders.

You're right, but Catepillar is just making machinery and engines. What kind of target are they?

first time i ever did a mapquest search for peoria illinois i ended up seeing streets like washington, jackson, madison, etc..... it's akin to that chris rock quote where he's like "why is it that martin luther king jr was a man of peace..... but you ain't never gonna find no peace on martin luther king drive?"
