What?

I am tired of all the stupid Terry's monkeys. It is dumb. Better?

No. Actually it's kinda worse.

Maybe I missed it being pointed out, but in the original post you wrote "money", not "monkey" ... confusing on its own but on a day with $200 on the line, perhaps it stood out as more confusing than it would've otherwise.

There was an email that said something to the effect of "If momentum exists game to game, then every series would be a sweep".

That isn't how momentum works under any definition, unless of course the car you drove in today is still going at the same speed it was when you were on the highway.

Yeah. I think it was one of those guys that emails every single day.

They both agreed.

I know the only way a Score producer could afford to travel to Europe is by signing up for the position of sissy on a pirate ship so I wouldn't expect one to know that Krakow is an awesome city. It is really one of those hidden gems like Prague, Budapest and Salzburg. It should be embarrassing for a guy who, when travelling to the islands for a holiday means Rock or Blue Island, to make any qualitative statement about any city beyond the state borders but I guess you don't get a bump to $10.50 per hour by remaining silent.

I enjoyed Terry mocking every goofball on the internet with a column and a picture next to it. Absolutely no self consciousness by Senor Columnist.

I didn't think he just meant Internet columnists. I thought he was talking about all of them. As if his ugly ass picture wasn't next to a load of drivel for years. He seemed to be referencing himself a lot yesterday without being aware of it or acknowledging it. Like when he talked about "people" who thought the Royals prospects were going to be great. I remember him championing Moustakas.

In reality, it was not.

And for this reason, Terry often goes after columnists because he was a reporter that never made it as a columnist, which was what he always wanted to be.

It's beneath him. Also, he wasn't even aware of the bet. Actually, Dan didn't even know he could read tweets sent at him. Twitter is reserved for sucking up to very smart reporters and calling for the death of people from Pennsylvania.

There are a lot of worthy charities out there that do not have a cretin like Bernstein as one of their "faces."

True, but I wouldn't punish the charity for his douchiness. It really is one of the best causes I can think of. Kids having cancer is heartbreaking.

I suppose you're right. Maybe classless would have been better.

It is, of course. I was mainly just commenting that it's ugly and unfortunate that someone who acts like a raging jagoff simply for the sake of acting like a raging jagoff is the public face of one of them. That would make me give to a different children's cancer charity.

My family and I have done work for the charity since well before Dan came on board. We thank him for his support.

He made it for a couple of years as a columnist. As I recall it was almost always a very critical column resulting in many enemies in the sports world. He's much more likeable as a radio host than I would have suspected at the time.

Terry was the first Mariotti in town.

His job was to stir it up and in those days it didnt take much.

his relatively strongly worded opinions was why he got the Score gig.
