I think the Green Bay Sports Fan Message Board is 5 to 10 years away along with soap and scales.

They have scales in Green Bay. It's the only way they can arrange marriages.

Bears 24-14.

Romo gets distracted in the 4th quarter when he sees Devin Hester flirting with Carrie Underwood on the Bears sideline.

I don't get the Romo/Underwood thing. She's overly madeup and fat.

I spend another Sunday pissed off as all facets of the offense look like shit and the D does what they can. Hopefully it will be enough stress to break my water.

I saw her on American Idol this year. Fat is too strong, but she's got some seriously wide hips. I also don't like a ton of makeup.

That show is still on? I didn't think anyone was watching anymore.

Im surprised so many people are taking the Cowboys. The Bears definitely havent played well the first 2 games of the season, but its hard to tell how bad the first 2 teams the Cowboys played are, we just know they are bad. They were in a pretty close game all the way till the end to the same Giants team that got crushed in Green Bay. I think the Bears win this one, and if their offense cant get healthy against this defense, thats a terrible sign for the rest of the season. And if Ron Turner's dumbass self cant figure out it would be a GREAT idea to throw Berrian or Hester fly routes against Roy Williams than he needs to be replaced immediately.

why wouldnt people pick the cowboys? nobody has any confidence in the bears offense. i sure as shit dont. the D could play great, hold the cowboys to 13 points, and the beloved could still lose 13-9 or 13-10.

Romo rushes for 2 TD's AND kicks the field goal.

Hester returns 2 punts and a kickoff for TDs

Gould kicks a 63 yarder.

This game reminds me a lot of last year's Sunday night game against Seattle (and we all know how that turned out). Drinking the Bears kool-aid, I have to go with the Bears 23 - 17.

Speaking of last year's game against Seattle, my wife went with me to that game (her only game of the year) and she'll be going with me again this Sunday night (again her only game of the year). I guess you have to go with the trend  .

Let's all rethink our predictions after the Bears recent signing (again) of Dirk "Don't call me Tank" Johnson.

Time for me, Mr. Optimism, to make my predictions:

Rex: 6-14, 85 yards, 1 INT, 1 fumble - pulled at halftime
Replaced by Griese: 12-18, 154 yards, 1 TD
Benson: Rushes for 54 yards before suffering season-ending injury
Defense suffers 1 serious injury.

Cowboys win 32-17

So far, this season, I have predicted a Chargers 11 point victory and Bears 18 point victory.

Here's my prediction for Sunday night football.

Bears 27, Cowboys 13
- Tony Romo has not seen a defense like this, and I think that's the key to this game. If the Bears defensive line can pressure Romo, he will make mistakes, and that can also eliminate big plays to Owens, Witten and Crayton down the field. Offensively, if the Bears put up 20 points of offense on the board, they will win nearly all their games. Dallas does play a 3-4, but this defense gives up yardage and points. If they are going to blitz, then Rex Grossman needs to make them pay. I'm also hoping to see the Bears spread the field out some more with Berrian, Moose, Olson and Hester, and let Dallas think hard about blitzing with that much speed all over the field. I expect the Bears defense to put up a score, expect better better play from the offensive line, and, most importantly, a Bears victory.

Bears 27
Cowboys 13

Bears 14-13 in a nailbiter. Rex throws 2 first half picks and lovie turns to griese after the half. griese doesn't fair much better but at least he doesn't throw any picks. Ced pounds the ball for 120 yards while lance briggs returns a pic to seal the victory for the bears!

I don't think Rex is on the verge of being benched.

if he turns the ball over a couple of times, and/or the offense is doing jack shit with the football, lovie will have to turn to griese. you can still start rex in week 4, but you must win game 3 first.

remember, he pulled orton midway thru that falcons game in 2005 because the offense couldnt do anything.

Lovie is not benching Rex mid-game. If Rex has a terrible game this week than he might consider it, or he might put Rex on a very short leash like before the Rams game last year, but Rex will finish the game barring injury.

any nfl qb with a qb rating of 55.1 is at risk to be benched!

Rex is a mental midget, he cant handle the mental pressure of the game anyway, theres no way you can bench him then start him the next week imo. If he gets benched at any time this season, I think he is officially done as the Bears QB for good.
