Suarez is a sociopath, but he is also one of the best strikers in the world.

Can anybody explain to me how at least one punch isn't thrown after something like this? In every other sport, isn't somebody at least trying to give this guy a beat down? And this guy has done this multiple times?

Hell, there were more players upset with the victim for attempting to show the ref his bite mark than the at the biter for what he did.
