My sources tell me these host know a lot of things that they can't report on air. Some have been shared with me. If you are having a beer with them at a bar they may confirm some rumors or share other things but they won't do it on air.

I thought locker room relations/chemistry didn't matter.

Now now, they don't matter if you call the show, but when the host says that stuff......

Ask the Pacers about that. Hibbert may need to traded.

It is so obvious to all of us that Indiana had issues and Sharp was a ghost in playoffs but not to these two goofs. No chemistry or a locker room disruption mean nothing. Back to your coffee and mail.

Didn't this almost exact thing happen with the Bulls and they spent shows complaining about how the national guys had to break it?

Did he say why he didn't talk about this until after it's being reported elsewhere?

I'm having trouble putting together the Sharp sleaze. So, he slept with someone's wife and then got in a fight with Kane? Surely the two can't have anything to do with each other; Kane isn't married, nor is he one to defend a teammate's marital honor. Weird.

Of course, he knew it and heard it all but had to wait for someone to write it. Fuckstick had nothing.

I did not hear anything about Kane. But if it was maybe the wife was belonging to one of his close buds or some shit. Doubt it. They played together in playoffs line wise enough.

He didn't feel comfortable talking about it until someone else had said it so "it wasn't his story" or something.

Murmurs on the Committed Indian (which has confirmed the general skeleton of the rumors) that Sharp's preferred receptacle is none other than Cheryl Scott. Keep your ears peeled for Leery DEMANDING Sharp's trade.

Did bernstein really say that this was the cause of Sharp's subpar playoff performance and that he knew it all along? Because during the playoffs I remember him repeatedly insisting that Sharp "must be hurt".

No Jorr not performance. He insisted he "knew" about this and the "whisperings" but couldn't say.

Right, but not taking those issues into consideration if they are unrelated to performance is a core bernstein sports philosophy.

Besides the strange noises, the ONE legacy that Dan will carry on (from his time with Terry) is surely the whole "guy" thing. It took him years to adopt this insanely hollow crutch, but hot damn has Dan grabbed on to "I can confirm that my sources confirm what someone else has actually reported, they have been saying this for some time now, actually" angle of sports talk/reporting. As has been said, insanely insulting to the audience - incredibly lazy - and insanely transparent to everyone except, ironically, the meatballs they love to mock on a daily basis.

I now blame drinky's incredible cliff dive on Bernstein's attitude --- Dan should have/could have done a LOT more, so it's no surprise that a lifetime producer, who looked to be on the move, eventually settled on doing the job of a 25 year-old (while having to tack on some update shifts to justify his 40hrs/week). Interesting how the FOTS has fallen...and how his coaching tree sucks gigantic donkey cock.

Oh yeah, and Sam Fuld is going to be a general manager. Real. Smart. Outfielder.

Some guy on here, not Someguy, said WSCR was obsessed with Vin Scully in another thread. I put B+B on for about ten minutes in the car today and heard Terry talking about, yep, Vin Scully. And then Dan did that fake cackling laugh that Leary has copied. I had to PTFB.

According to Sharp's agent there is no truth to sex rumors and he is not on trading block. He called Bowman. So were Bernsie and the Committed Indian lying?

Dan wasn't lying, he knew that other people were lying but couldn't say anything about it.

 well it's not like Sharps agent was going to come out and say " Yeah it's true my client fucks em 2 at a time outside his marriage and currently is putting his life at risk by sticking his dick in the would be paramour of one Lawrence W Holmes as often as he can". Of course he's going to deny everything.
