Might as well just draft Kenny Wililams, Jr. again.

I'm still trying to see what's up with his estranged sister. She's a bartender in her spare time.

Is that something worth looking at?

Makes sense.

Yes. Preemptively. No confidence at all that we end up with something other than two mid round prospects for a team desperately in need of some serious scoring punch.

I definitely understand the concern. That is my concern as well.

Maybe they will prove us wrong.

Reading that this is very likely to happen, or at least one foreign prospect, if they keep the picks.

I got it. Also, was Williams Jr. the one who was practically running over younger kids in the outfield trying to make every catch during the home-run derby?

Just ahead of the draft, this article doesn't mention the Bulls as a top suitor of Kevin Love:

Quote:
The Warriors, Nuggets and Boston Celtics have been widely regarded as the top trade contenders for Love, with the Phoenix Suns and Cleveland Cavaliers also said to be among the teams expressing interest.

I'm okay with not mortgaging the future for Love. Melo/Taj/ Butler/Mirotic > Love

I'd be fine with it if the future was butler, Snell, and this year's picks. Taj is expendable and a player you win with now anyway.

If they use their picks tonight, they've basically took themselves out of the Love sweepstakes, right? You can see which way I lean when it comes to the question of them taking the conventional route tonight or doing something bold, like fellow executive Daryl Morey. Morey has already out maneuvered them in clearing space and picking up a semi sweet (only protected 1-3) pick in the process.

You have two picks to do something bold, not to draft the future Jimmy Butler and Mike Dunleavy.

Can't they make the picks, but use them in a trade later?

I really don't know. I mean you could certainly trade them tonight but that would mean you've already agreed to a trade and are just picking for your trade partner then. If you draft for yourself then I'm not sure if there are restrictions on how long you have to wait till you can move them, sort of like not being able to move someone you signed right away. There's a waiting period. But that's free agency.

I would not have a problem with giving up Taj or Snell for Love. I just wouldn't want to be stuck with 2 holes in the lineup. That's why I would target Melo first and if Minnesota holds onto Love I would target him if I flopped on Melo.

NHL. Their draft is tomorrow, but free agency doesn't open until July 1st.

Bulls have 3 picks. I'm setting line at 1.5 for international players. Stash me and not pay for them.

Call the score tomorrow and tell Dan he seems like a "good kid" who "plays hard" and "really wants to win".

He went to a smaller school and he's not a freshman! I've been told all of those players suck.

Can't get superstars, get the try-hard guys.

Grindiness only gets you so far.

I am still holding out for Nas's Melo sign and trade scenario.

You can play him 2-4 depending on the lineup. They do need scoring. Thibs played Kyle Korver for Gods sake.
