Fun's fun talking about our less than ideal fellow bored members, but for chrissakes people let's say something nice about others. Yes, that's me suggesting it ... there's been enough negativity this week to bring warmth to the devil's heart.

Sure, we've got a Shoutout! section, but take a moment today to write a nice blurb about someone around these parts whose parts you don't want to help them part from. Please do consider utilizing the resurrected search function to help support your spot of praise for your internet (or irl) pal.

For example, leave it to the wise and wonderful W_Z to have made a delightful - and, as it turns out, entirely prescient - .gif commentary a little over a year ago that's as fresh today as it was then.

Free therapy, free love, free speech, free will, free the Springfield two, Marge! Rally 'round the bag, boys, and take a moment to feel good about yourself and someone else today!

... full disclosure: I did throw-up in my mouth a little while writing that ... being that sunny and pleasant that long tends to give me a touch of gastroenteritis ...

I enjoy Don Tiny and his posts. He's off SomeGuy's list.

How is everyone this wonderful Friday morning?

You do yeoman's work with the Mac/Meat show threads; to deny that would be an outrageous lie.

I think Frank is taller than Dan Bernstein.

Bigfan is one of the board's all-time great puppet masters: Teelander, halfpint, THE INQUISITOR, and a few others that I'm not remembering right now.

Teelander and Halfpint are real people.

Many have met Halfpint at a Sox BBQ thing, HINT: he wasnt very tall.

Teelander was to be TEElander is real and TEE for a reason.

I apologize to bigfan for my mult accusations.

But at least it was a good theory!

Don Tiny is a much better poster than I gave him credit for when I tried to slag him off last year. I would have made a sig quote out of that line he dropped last night about how IMU should have no fear about the Bulls new white grindy tryhard draft pick because a black guy vouched for him, however that'd hearken the timeless quote from Doogie Howser in Undercover Brother about how "it's getting a little bit racial up in this piece."

Incidentally, I knew a white guy who used to heavily propagate the phrase "up in this piece" -- he had dreds and tried rapping at the time, a time when he realized that almost by default I was probably his best friend in the world. Now he's fucked off to Elgin to go play house with the coolest decent* looking chick who could stand to be around him for long periods of time and he's got absolutely no purpose for me in his life. At least I still have a chance, eh? "White dude with a shot" is what they used to call me back when running 4s was a way of life. I dug the metaphor.

* by decent I mean quoteth George Carlin "I wouldn't fuck her with a stolen dick"

I don't recall what I replied to IMU about/with but I'm somewhat confident that it's not nearly as interesting as how sini just described it ...

I actually have been surprised at times about how much info I pick up on this board, both sports and other subjects. The CSFMB as a single entity,(Borg-like) is quite impressive.

Jimmy Pasta is too funny and whenever I see a DOn Tiny post I know it will be almost Mindy levels of gold.

From the limited stuff I have heard Frank is a decent musician.
