He has taught me that you should only cheer for, and get excited for, teams that have a realistic chance of winning the whole thing. So, I suppose the choices are Germany, Brazil, or France. Out of those three, I think the obvious choice for him is France. Brazil wasted millions building stadiums while ignoring the poverty of its' citizens, and Germany...well, you know.
