The post wasn't a joke. It happened and I didn't know about it. The "Breaking News" was me kind of mocking the situation. Or mocking "Breaking news" since CNN has totally changed the concept of what that means.

CNN hits the "Breaking News" graphic and sounder every time I flip them on.

Did Spiegel announce who's guest hosting with him next week?

Maybe Goff asked Mitch if he could be in the running for Mac's job and requested a week tryout like Rozner, Drinky and Grote got.

Ja So Go trying to get Da Ma Na's gig? Ain't that a kick in the head.

Once again, this is all assuming CBS policy allows Mitch to do this.
