Russell may be on the move to a 3rd team and there's gotta be much more coming back. Russell is ranked the number 6 overall prospect in the game.

As long as they keep trading known MLB talent for unknown prospects, the plan is still in place.

Easy to lose track because of Russell's reputation, but Billy McKinney is the A's #2 prospect right behind Russell. Straily = MLB arm #Cubs

Russell or Baez now becomes a possible trade chip to bring in a top of the line pitching prospect or MLB pitcher in the next year or so. Probably Russell, as he is believed to be a true SS. Baez can still play 2B or 3B for the Cubs, dependent upon Bryant's defensive improvements.
