i'm so sick of these sonofabitches that have to swing at everything. last night i turn on the game. sox have bases loaded nobody out. three pitches later the inning is over. how the hell is that possible? damn. ramirez is gotta swing at some low and outside breaking ball. throws the bat at it like hes gotta make contact or die and he pops it up of course......he only had one strike on him! Fucking A!!

I still have no idea what purpose Sierra has on this team. That is besides striking out, misplaying fly balls and throwing to the wrong base. Get rid of this piece of garbage already.

I really don't understand how a player gets to MLB without a basic knowledge of his craft...and the Sox have several of these types. I assume these guys were great on natural ability as youths so coaches didn't coach them then were stubborn during development because they had some success.

I get your point Keyser, but you can't honestly tell me that Robin has had a good season to this point.

Nice wins here these last couple of days.

Exactly. Little children have known for weeks that Ronald Bellasario isn't capable of consistently closing out games.

The biggest problem the Sox have in the outfield is the two guys who are afraid of the fucking wall.

It sure was. Buehrle pitched well too.

After an atrocious start to this trip, to end it by taking 3 in a row from a first place club in a building they have struggled in the last few seasons is really damn good.

6 game homestand starts tonite (Angels and Mariners), then its 7 road games which takes the Sox up to the All Star break. Yep...the All Star break is almost here already. Sheesh.

Anyway, for the Sox tonite if the batch of storms building near the IA/IL border doesn't cause the game to be called;

Eaton CF
Beckham 2B
Gillaspie 3B
Abreu 1B
Dunn DH
Ramirez SS
Viceido RF
DeAza LF
Flower C

Noesi P

8 Times in Jose Quintana's career, he has pitched 7+ innings with 0 runs allowed. He is 1-0 with 7 no decisions. Sox 3-5 in those games.
