Couldn't possibly be any worse than The Division Bell.

I liked 'Coming Back to Life' but most everything on that album was pretty bad.

We are going to have feud over this one, brohammerer. I am a fan of AMLOR but The Division Bell just didn't didn't tickle me right. Some good stuff on it but most of it is bad.

IN MY OPINION.

Wow. I'll take "horrible opinions by guys who usually have good opinions" for $800, Alex.

I wasn't a huge fan of the Division Bell. I did like Momentary Lapse of Reason though so I think post Waters they are batting .500. As a closeted (at least on the board) Pink Floyd fan, I'm rather excited about this too. They are one of my two go to music choices when I'm writing (Van Morrison is the other) since college, and I write a lot so I listen to them a lot.

Other way around: AMLOR is garbage outside of "Learning to Fly" and "On the Turning Away," while The Division Bell is a solid listen from start to finish. Probably has to do with Richard Wright being promoted back to band member; he was always the x-factor of that band. "High Hopes" was such a perfect farewell song. It's their "Stairway to Heaven."

No one's more on the wrong side of history than Roger Waters. Did anyone buy Radio KAOS at retail price?

His solo efforts sounded just like you thought they would....not much going on musically without David Gilmour contributing.

Obscured by Clouds is quietly a very good Floyd album. "Wot's...uh, the Deal?" is beautiful. It's all good except that annoying chanting at the end of "Absolutely Curtains." Ah well.
