He's hit .400 to bring his average up to .214. He hit .208 last year. He would have to be Brooks Robinson/Ozzie Smith defensively to make up for his offense.

Villenueva is fucking awful this year. A 6.42 ERA says DFA. He has pretty much been terrible the entire season in every role. Let Wada stay up and get the hell rid of him.

Lake should not be starting any longer, let alone leading off. He doesn't do anything to help this roster. He had brutal at-bats, he is a sub par defender at any of the outfield positions, and he doesn't use his speed.
