i always thought it was a great homage to "dangerous liaisons". like...the 90210 version of it. well acted, well paced, and a kickin' soundtrack. the escalator scene is classic.

I defy anyone to find a bad movie with a character named Sebastian in it. Contraband is also great.

Also, Cruel Intentions is the best of the three movies based on Valmont. Because it's the most ridiculous.
