I've lost 10 pounds on this diet so far. Just look at the life expectancy gains by humans since pizza was invented. I may live to be 100. It really is a superfood.

Great thread. Only problem is that when I don't eat pizza or drink alcohol for more than a couple days, I get sad and start to sweat a lot. Is that bad?

My friend had the same problem. He was able to use pizza rolls and bagel bites like a nicotine patch to get you through it.

In the lead up to our wedding, many family members decided they wanted to cut a few pounds. The formula is pretty easy especially when you are eating meals from the recipe website anyways.
