Arismendy scores the go-ahead run.

Kyle Hendricks
6IP 4ER 3BB 7SO

Solid unspectacular debut.

Nice day for the young Cubs prospects.

Not sure I would say Hendricks had a nice day but Alcantara certainly did.

I don't like the title of this thread. A prospect is no longer a prospect when he is on the MLB team. This thread is not tracking minor league production

Soler went 2-4 with a walk and homer. All the cat does is hit. Skill wise he's the guy I'm least worried about. Just needs to stay out of the tub.

Should probably start with 3-time All-Star SS Starlin Castro.

Flase. A rookie is defined as being in the Majors for the first time regardless of age.

I'm on board for a better definition of rookie.

So when things don't go JORR's way he bails...... Come on my friend show some cojones! ... post an update or are you doing the White Sox thing and putting up the WHITE FLAG.

My Update

Tim Anderson: Has not played a game since June 27... word in the scouting community is that he wasn't cutting it SS and most scouts doubt he will be able to handle 2B... maybe CF but even that is with a few ??????

Carlos Rodon: his signing bonus became the largest in White Sox team history.... the former highest paid draft was Joe Borchard. Rodon is on his way to High A Winston- Salem where he will be tutored by J.R. Perdew. (at least BRICK will be happy for the reference)
