When I listen to a great show like B&B and the Mike North commercials come on, yes I remember what a complete fool he is and how dumb you must be Favre to go to JDS.

I applaude Jason and Matt more than anything for playing so many of Mike North's outbursts and attempts to use English words, because just playing it does justice of showing what a useless piece of crap the guy is, of course Mike has not figured that out yet.

what is JDS? My only point is this is all you post about is how much North sucks. We get it. Most of us agree too, we just post about different topics every once in awhile

JDS financial is where you go when you can't get a loan anywhere else.

Something they might do.

Your house is worth $80,000 and they appraise it for $97,000, you are already holding a $65K note on it, they give you another $20K and charge you 18% for it.

The art of the high risk loan. They advertise all day and may does say that at the end of the commercial, as if his name lends credibility for it?

$80K might be on the highside. Chicago Heights, University Park, etc

Actually, I will not say the burb, but I got a guy down there that will give them to you for Taxes if you will correct all the violations.

The problem is after paying the taxes and doing the work, you need to sell the place and that alone is a problem for more than you just spent.
