In the last month the Bulls have added Doug McDermott, Pau Gasol, Kirk Hinrich, and now Nikola Miratic. They're like the Butler U of the NBA.

On the bright side, because they are really, REALLY white, it means they will have a high basketball IQ and the players will try hard and also stay out of trouble and not do the drugs like so many of the "thug" teams do.

I'm not sure it gets you closer to winning a championship, but I'm sure Dan and Terry will tell us that GarPax is doing an outstanding job.

With the unbelievable offseason the Cavs are having, I think the Bulls championship window is just about closed.

The cap and limited amount of free agents make it tough to improve your team. You basically have to woo one of the few free agents that can make a difference. I think the Bulls did as best as could be expected under the circumstances.

They traded up in the draft to get a quality player.
They have their European "star" coming over.
They added Pau.

Most believe Anthony was never coming, and it was all a show to get a near max deal from Knicks. Now just hope Rose is healthy.

I agree they did what they could; I just find it dopy that B & B act as though they're exempt from criticism no matter what... "they're not GOING to make any mistakes!"

Another perimeter creator would be great (not just a shooter but a creator). I just don't know if there are any available at this point. Augustin would have been a good addition.

I have watched Mcdermott many times. I'm not arguing that he can't get his own shot. But he's not a guy I'm going to tell to break down a defense and get others involved. He's not a penetrator. That's what they need. And Mcdermott is a rookie... a well-prepared rookie, but a rookie nonetheless. He will still have a learning curve.

Those guys are moved to LB in college. It is very hard to get a white RB or CB recruited.
