ELGIN (WREX) -
A man has escaped from the Elgin Mental Health Center, according to the Elgin Police Department.
Jesse Vega escaped from the mental health center's custody this morning in the area of Seneca and Dundee Avenue in Elgin.
Vega is described as a 5-foot-8, 160 pound Hispanic male last seen wearing a blue shirt, blue jeans, white shoes and handcuffs. His arms are tattooed.
The Elgin Police Department asks that you call 911 if you see Vega and that you do not approach him.

Laugh out loud! I am more sane than just about everybody I know. However, the closest I have ever come to complete insanity was watching that hillbilly hayseed A.J. Burnett attempt to escape the first inning of JUST ABOUT EVERY START without giving up runs. This bumpkin was nearly the death of me.
