I didn't know Elba was British either until I started watching Luther.

That took some adjustment. It took about 3 episodes before I stopped giggling that Stringer was talking like a Brit.

In the finale when they reveal it's all just a dream Snot Boogie was having about the hood, were you guys disappointed?

Is that what you got from the ending? I think it's pretty vague since Snot Boogie is just riding away with a limp arm on a horse and then the screen suddenly goes black and starts playing Baby Blue by Badfinger.
