Its about god damn time they sent that buster Gordo at the bottom of the order...having that douche in the 2 hole is straight up ridiculous ...easily the worst 2 hitter in MLB every fucking night you pencil this scrub in.

Hell of a call by Robin to walk Castro and pitch to Springer who grounded out weakly to 3B. Great job by Belasario.

Nice win. That's back to back exciting games though it would have been less exciting if Abreu came up with that ground ball.

My god I hate when Hawk talks about pitchers velocities and brings up Mark Buehlre as an example of a guy who doesn't throw hard. He conveniently leaves out the fact that Buehrle had an average major league fastball when he broke in. He learned how to pitch in the big leagues and can now get by without that average major league fastball.

There is no way a young pitcher can break into the major leagues today without at least an average major league fastball. He'll get his brains beatin in long before he learns how to pitch.

That's where Abreu still has some learning to do. He should know they weren't going to throw him a strike with first base open. They let him get himself out and that's exactly what he did.

Scott Downs couldn't get a lefty out to save his life when he was on the Sox but he has absolutely no problem getting Gilaspie and De Aza. Unbelievable.

That's a nice win. Amazing what happens when the bullpen gets outs. The Royals drop to 2 games under .500. Hopefully Scott Carroll can keep kicking them while they're down.
