I was being honest.

It's also pretty damned amusing to watch certain folks work themselves into such a lather about why THEY can't use a word (around US) that many of US don't like used period. Yeah, I'm of a generation that didn't really have the word on tv, nor in most of our music. I often still bristle when I hear it.

But (with that one exception) I swear like a sailor.

Yeah, I dont use it and dont listen to enough rap to hear it on a regular basis. In fact I think I only know one person that still used the word in the negative connotation and we all have given him enough shit that he doesnt do it anymore (at least around us).

My offensive word of choice that I still use and shouldnt is burrito. Ironically I dont think I have ever intentionally called an actual gay person a fa.g though. Only my straight friends and random assholes driving poorly. So if one of the random assholes was in fact gay, then I sincercely apologize and want them to know I only think they are a stupid son of a bitch instead.
