Since midway through May or so, he has been just as hot of a hitter as Baez, just with less pop of course. He can definitely be a guy that can contribute in the majors. And he still has at least a couple more years to develop. No way to tell at this point.

Alcantara hadn't played of until this year. Bryant has never played of but there has been a perpetual discussion about that. Most didn't expect Schwarber to be a catcher even on draft day. They are trying to find an MLB position for Baez

Really the only prospects who are affirmative choices at their positions are Almora and russell
