Age of consent issues in Minnesota!

So, here it is. 2 junior hockey players, both 19 end up having sex with a 15 year old girl, videotaping it and showing it to people (never a good move)

Age of consent in Minnesota is 16.

I don't know how old exactly the girl was...15 years ..11 months and 7 days? but the law says 16

Of course now the legal system is involved and the Hockey players lawyers drop this gem...

"The statute was designed for people who have pictures of sex with little children, something most of us can't look at and sleep," Friedberg said.

Friedberg said he didn't consider the 15-year-old in this case to be a child.

"Not this 15-year-old," he said.

I think we can all agree we have seen girls who are 16 who can pass for 21, they just developed their ball skills a little early and usually by the age of 20 something, they are also the ones that don't make the top 25 list. Still the law says 16! Not close, but 16!

But for the sake of arguement, let's say this 15 year old girl is very close to 16 and looks 18, do you go ahead and ruin these guys lives for what is basically a mistake? Yes, she consented, but that doesnt matter under Minn law in any form.

Well in Illinois it is 17 or within 2 years. I would assume Minnesota would have a similar law.

After being around older girls and women I liked a challenge. I hated the men that had nice cars that used to come up to my high school and steal many of our best looking girls. I didn't want to be that guy once I left. Financially I was doing well enough where I could get older women. I made $80k as a 19 year old doing mortgages.

I did A LOT of stupid stuff in the name of fun. Never any drugs but I considered giving it a try a couple of times but fear kept me from doing it. I lied about my age all the time and tried to sleep with every attractive woman that had a pulse. There wasn't a day of the week I didn't party and school was useless at that point. I could stubble in at 6 and still be able to make it to work by 9.

Part of it will be proving the randy lads knew beyond a reasonable doubt that she was under 16 yet proceeded anyway. Perhaps not the most difficult thing to do in a court of law, but certainly not a 'gimme'.

That was the way me and a friend of mine felt. We used to play a game to see how long it took to get keys to the woman's place. Just about every woman was willing to give you a key in less than a month and usually less than 2 weeks.

What I learned was the biggest difference between 18 and 19 year old women and women in their mid to late 20's was their bank accounts. That was shocking to a developing Nas.

Also too older women (well maybe into their 30's) are little more "adventurous" in the bedroom it seems, too.

There was definitely a difference in skills and presentation. I thought it was usually easier to get a girl my age to do something that they wouldn't normally do though.
