I don't think the parents should be sent to jail, but I do think the parents should be able to mitigate or eliminate the charges. They can take some responsibility.

If the law says the girl is not capable of making the choice, then she shouldnt be allowed to go to a hotel on her own also.

for the mentally impaired out there, it makes no difference what the sex of the offenders is, you need to be held accountable according to law. Sex with minors is always wrong, but especially egregious in this case.
