Luzinski's friend and a good pitcher at Notre Dame, Bobby Feltz, lived right across the alley from me. Those guys would be out in the alley playing catch and I was a little kid annoying the shit out of them. One day Luzinski picked me up and put me on top of our fence and told me to just sit there and watch.
Why is Luzinkski not more engaged with this city. As a hometown boy who played for a local team with polish American roots, I would think he could make himself some easy money just being The Bull.
