9-1 for myself. The subject matter is still fresh. By 2 I'm ready to move onto music.

5-9 is by far the most important. Locks in radio stations.

One thing I have noticed is the large number of delivery guys that listen to the Score and I do think it is because of M&H, being all chicago, they get the listeners.

Except when you are President of the B&B ass licking society.

If the Bears have a bad year then the Score is in for some real trouble.

Morning drive.

Howard Stern said it for decades, and he knows a thing or two about radio.

Are you sure?

Because RFDC says it's afternoon drive and evenings.

Hey asshole, if you are going to attribute something to me at least get it right.

I said afternoon drive is the most important.

CH was the one that said evenings was in the discussion. I agreed with him on the afternoon being the most important.

It's still not afternoon drive.

And the fact that you started a thread to try and disprove a well known fact sends up alarm bells about your mental state and your future Presidency of the ass licking society.

If it is a well known fact then this poll should show that.

So far it does not seem to be doing so.

Ask anyone that has ever worked in the business for at least 15 seconds. The entire industry is predicated on that fact for good reason.

Don't let facts get in the way of your delusion though.

You like to pretend that you are a radio personality and I am the delusional one.

So the SCORE pays their afternoon drive guys the most money at the station because they are less important than M&H.

Sure....

I worked in radio for a number of years.

You liking the afternoon show doesn't make afternoon drive the most important time slot.

Your claim that Bernsie was on the same level as Mac is contradicted by the fact that B&B were unable to keep the lead in audience he gave them.

B&B's inability to keep their own listeners is evident in their show numbers over the last six months.

Bernie's inability to command an audience that could beat Mac when he was at ESPN is further evidence that he can not command the following that Mac can.

So in summary.

He couldn't beat Mac.

He couldn't keep the audience that Mac fucking handed him.

And his own listeners have abandoned him lately.

Are you sure Mulligan isn't the highest paid guy at the Score? Because I know a lot of people throw numbers around, guys on this board and Feder and Ed Sherman, but then you'll have Mac himself come right out and say those numbers are wrong. The truth is, we don't really know how much any of these guys make.

I believe there is only one million dollar man left in Chicago radio, and that's Eric Ferguson on the Mix and he works morning drive.

Not necessarily. AM1000 has had lower rated mornings at times, yet has had higher ratings than 670 for other parts of the day.

Id guess Roe Conn is the highest paid.

He took a pay cut when he signed his most recent deal.

Morning and afternoon drive are 1A & 1B, the other shifts mean nothing.

Judging from the results I am spot on with both drive times being the most important. It is absolutely clear to me that in this age of other options at home and work for entertainment/distraction that the bet radio slot for making money is people in cars. One of the last places where most people put it on leave it on and zombie drive in traffic.

I can't remember the last time I tuned the radio to 670 on the way home from work...if it's on, it's because I put it there in the morning.

To be truly honest the only time I listen to the crap is to and from work!
