Many years ago, my buddy and I used to play Little League Baseball for NES. The Italian team had a lead-off hitter named Chus. My name is Chris, and when I was a yout, I had terrible penmanship. I wrote down my name very quickly once, and did not dot the i, and it looked like it said Chus. From that day forward, my buddy called me Chus. It grew from there, and now, everybody but my wife, mother, and mother in law, call me Chus.

When I started posting here, I expected to be in a few arguments. It's kinda hard to throw out the pejorative Bear/Bull apologist accusation, when the poster you happen to be engaged in discussion with just has it as a username. Probably overthought and not clever.

After reading some of the exchanges between Boilermaker Rick and IMU [among others], I decided to stick to posting mostly in baseball and NASCAR topics.

When I stumbled onto this place, my jaw was wired shut from a bike accident. The laughs I got from you guys helped me get through the ordeal more than the Vicodin.

It was stupid on my part...rode my bike half-asleep to the Metra station (damn Benz was in the shop again), went over a curb in the dark and landed right on my face. Lucky I didn't break my neck.

I was looking for something about the Score and found this place. I was listening to Nastradamus so I went with that name as my moniker. I planned on trolling the place but in the process I started to like it and tried to do a 180. It took a while for everyone to buy it. At 1 point BF almost banned me. That was a time when he let everything go so you can imagine how bad I was.
