That sounds like a perfectly reasonable album title for a Flaming Lips record.

True. They hated him but what an album. Best speed/thrash album of its time. When I am not lazy I fire it up and play along to it.

Kick is an interesting pick.

Yeah it is. I would never think of it but since it was brought up it was quite an album.

A few years ago I was at a party with some guys I was in a band with. We discuss Opeth or well most anything but I started playing Kick from my phone and we all were happy. INXS was a great band. Still love listen like thieves. Even the poppy later stuff is good. Guns in the Sky

Whatever happened to Inxs? I'm surprised they're not still hanging around.

I'll see myself out.

It's a stacked album, so is X.

Their previous records were solid as well. It's nuts how they went from playing Wembly stadium to releasing Welcome to Wherever You Are and then falling off completely with Full Hearts, Dirty Moon.

Showtime recently aired a two part movie about INXS. It's definitely worth a watch, if you are a fan. It's still on OnDemand.

Lots of ones here I agree with (DotM, WYWH, Rift).
Here are some more that may or may not have been mentioned:
Pearl Jam- Ten
The Flaming Lips-Yoshimi battles the Pink Robots
Van Morrison - Astral Weeks
Van Morrison - Moondance
David Bowie - Ziggy Stardust...
Japandroids - Celebration Rock (it might be too soon to rate this though)

Listening to Let Me Come Over by Buffalo Tom right now........
I remember vividly telling anyone that would listen senior year in H.S.
that they needed to buy this record when it came out.
I also asked anyone that would listen to buy it for me, for I was but a broke ass Round Lake Heights kid.
They did buy it for me, and I still have my original copy.
Thank you RL Panthers..........

Both of these could have been mentioned, but I'm too lazy to read.

Blind Faith
Meddle

Foghat Live is a great listen, too.

Might take some crap for this, but Fever to Tell by the Yeah Yeah Yeahs just rolls right through and never lets up. Is it a perfect album album? I don't know, but it's perfect for listening to when I run, and "Maps" is one of the best songs of the 2000s.

The Band -- Music From Big Pink

If you like folk/americana music. This is one of the best.
Listening this morning and it is just fucking great.

The intro to "Chest Fever" would be an awesome song to play at hockey games but the title might get it banned.

Toss-up between Music from Big Pink and the brown album for me. First album might be the better album, but "The Night They Drove Old Dixie Down" and "King Harvest Has Surely Come" are my two favorite Band songs.

Both are great. I have a bunch of live stuff from them which I love dearly. My favorite from them is Look
Out Cleveland. Just love that one for some reason. Plus, Cleveland really should look out... :alien:
