First one on the board to say it. At least I think so. Haven't read most of these Cubs threads.

Three reasons.

1. At least 3 of these kid hitters are gonna be good. Maybe 4. Adding that to Castro and Rizzo? Pretty good. Or Castro gets traded for pitching.

2. Theo will get a couple of decent vet pitchers even if he doesn't use Castro to do so. The bullpen is pretty decent now.

3. The NL sucks. To be the 2nd wild card, you don't have to be a great team.
