Yes, and was passed along a few more contact options - the bad news is that the legal counsel of the state's department on aging did review (to what extent, I do not know) this situation back in May, and decided that the abuse (their term) was not enough (based on what they know) for a human rights violation....but the good news is that they ARE aware, and I've reached out to more folks that advocate for seniors in IL.

Yes, his silence is gross to me - there's no way you refuse to address it, like he has been doing, if you don't know there is an issue there. At first his silence was just a blanket endorsement, now I think it's a bit of an admission of guilt. If there was truly nothing wrong with it, he'd be telling people that Bob loves it - I've talked to his family - he's an important part of an important show on our important station. Nope, silence.

I'm glad the proper authorities have been alerted.
