I am a sucker for the National Treasure movies, though not due to Cage's acting.

Also, I caught part of some Nic Cage movie around 9:00 AM Sunday morning on some station. It was him and Sean Penn, and they were trying to hustle some pool. Pretty decent flick from about the 15 minutes I saw of it. Anyone know that one?

Can you call The Rock and Moonstruck Cage movies? Both had characters/ actors who clearly outcaged him.

That movie forever ruined Rosie Perez for me. She did such a great job at playing an absolute fucking shrew that I can't see past that role anymore and think she's like that in real life . I want to Ray Rice her to this day based on that role.

I had such a hard on for Bridget Fonda in those days. She just kind of disappeared from the scene.

by the way, ain't nothing wrong with Valley Girl

I think it's Racing With The Moon, no? They've just graduated high school and are probably headed to Europe for WWII, right?

I stand corrected.

I remember Cage talking shit as they're trying to hustle pool until Penn doesn't have shot and fucks up giving the other guys a tap in to win and they didn't have the money to pay so the had to fight their way out of the pool hall.

They use a Michigan bankroll, right? A bunch of singles with one large bill on the outside?

I think it was a large bill, a bunch of singles, and then just some counterfeit bills.

I liked 8 mm but con air was garbage. Hot garbage. The only save to it was Steve Buscemi.
Nice voice in Peggy Sue by the way. Weird bastard.
Cages best thing is his weird free outs. There was a YouTube compilation at one point that was hilarious.

If there was a drinking game involving doing a shot every time Cage says "Mrs. Christian" in 8mm, you'd die of alcohol poisoning by act 3.
