Am I wrong to assume that Laurie's unborn baby vanished as well?

That scene certainly suggested as much. There was also some foreshadowing. When Nora was at the DROP convention, one of the panels was entitled "Pre-Natal Departures".

Yeah and the husband too. I like how she busts his balls because he didnt ask about her interview in the 30 seconds he was quietly creeping up the stairs to say goodnight to the daughter. Kinda bitchy.

He was quietly creeping up the stairs cause he was out late banging his kid's grammar school teacher. Think I'm gonna give Nora a pass on that one.
.

She doesnt know that though. As far as she knows that guy is out busting his hump for the family.

Husband looks strikingly similar to this guy

It's a nice bridge to the last season of Boardwalk.

Where does that fall on the HBO scale

Let's say The Wire and Soprano's are 10's and Arli$$ is a 2

I would put Boardwalk over Sopranos, but I would say they are pretty close.

I can't see where this goes next year.

Holy Wayne is dead, the miracle baby is with Nora, Kevin, and Jill.

Laurie and Tommy are off on their own.

I was shocked that Laurie and Tommy didn't reunite with Kevin and Jill. I figured Kevin's "wish" to Wayne was that he would get his family back, and I really thought that was coming in that final scene.

Im pretty sure that was his wish and its coming true. The son left the baby there and went looking for the mom. They'll be back.

I didn't watch it yet but I did see the star Justin Theroux on Conan last week. I had no idea he
was engaged to Jennifer Aniston.

I thought for sure that Nora was going to off herself at the end. That would have been pretty powerful.

It's OK, though. She's real MILFy.

I think that's what she had planned, until she found the baby.

The letter she was narrating mentioned that she was too much of a coward for death or something like that. She was just going on the run.

Thats some nice artwork on the dummies!

I still watch it, ebcause it is on after Empire now, but to follow the "crazy" now, it's meaningless.

Just end it, have everyone disappear or everyone comes back.

I hope the Sharpie people got a promo with this show.

Yeah, but nothing like the $40,000 model Nora made out with at the conference. The Guilty Remnant went cheap!

It was a pretty decent finale. I was pleasantly surprised with the first season even though it
was really strange.
