That scene certainly suggested as much. There was also some foreshadowing. When Nora was at the DROP convention, one of the panels was entitled "Pre-Natal Departures".

I was shocked that Laurie and Tommy didn't reunite with Kevin and Jill. I figured Kevin's "wish" to Wayne was that he would get his family back, and I really thought that was coming in that final scene.

Im pretty sure that was his wish and its coming true. The son left the baby there and went looking for the mom. They'll be back.

I still watch it, ebcause it is on after Empire now, but to follow the "crazy" now, it's meaningless.

Just end it, have everyone disappear or everyone comes back.

It was a pretty decent finale. I was pleasantly surprised with the first season even though it
was really strange.
