he made a few remarkable plays last night. He still is dead meat the moment an OL gets hands on him but the same was true of Urlacher

He seems like a better candidate for the weak side than the strong side.

Bostic looked pretty good as well. He makes too many mistakes for a second year player but the athleticism is really starting to show

He also seems best suited for the weak side. And yeah, he's athletic, but he doesn't seem to know what he's doing.

Remarkable?

His sack, was because Kap came back to his side. His vert is about 12 inches when trying to block passes.

Still see him as the last guy in on the pile.

I want the guy to be good, he is a 1st round pick, having that type of guy fail kills the organization and of course if you hate Emery it provides fuel for that, and I am OK with Emery.

I just dont think #50 is worth much.

Bostich, needs to learn but when he bent Vernon Davis back and put him out of the game, it's just power that 50 doesnt have.

He looked better. In fact all of the linebackers looked better. I was pleasantly surprised.

Briggs didn't have to go so far to get to his restaurant this week.

Briggs still looks fat, seems to be moving well, but you can see the gut, but he played very well, recognized plays, covered well, hit gaps and made some initial contact.

I rarely see 50 make an initial hit.

Will hold off for next week.

He made a very nice play in the second half when Kapernick bootlegged and Shea kept up with him all the way to the sideline

Given that i could only think of a couple difference-makers in the league that play strong side LB, i'm willing to accept that Shea will seem invisible most of the time. Better than visibly sucking i guess.
i'm probably a little more optimistic than most about him but i'm more waiting for an injury to williams or briggs that'll allow him to move to a position that might be a better fit...much like Bostic.

She sucks at NFL football. I didn't see anything from him against San Fran that told me otherwise.

I'm gonna go ahead and make the obvious joke here that women can't play football. "LOL"
