He'll get it. He was very close with the Red Sox, and close with the Reds earlier in the year. He is giving up the hit, yes...but he never looks like he is running out of gas or losing command. He sometimes throws a mistake pitch. But he seemed to have much more composure, visually, during tonight's attempt. Even with the long innings and such.

It looks like he is going back out there.

edit: Arrieta would be a huge supporter of reducing baseball games to the high school standard of 7 innings.
