I have a feeling her press conference would make Brandon Marshall sound like Neil deGrasse Tyson.

How about a four sentence press release?

A different member of the Bears' family got DB'd for speaking. Like I said, you guys want it both ways.

She should no longer be in charge of the team. Simple.

When I hear the 60+ year old President of my NFL team correct a reporter with a "First of all, it's my moms Skybox, she just lets us watch the games in there."

hmmm?

Just a weird, weird family.

I keep waiting for one with a brain to take over but there must have been some sort of inbreeding. Doesn't look real good.

When she passes, offers will be made to others in the family. Just dont know if their is 31% out there that is buyable

George is ready to take on some debt to buy back shares, I assume that is from other family members.

So do you take Georges offer of $20 Mill for your 2% to keep it int he family.

or do you take Pat Ryans $40 mill, because it's $20 Mill more! Screw the family!

They probably keep her under a bed like that one clan from the X-Files.

Fans of the show can now enjoy their dry heaves. :D

The family has the right to purchase shares by matching offers from others.

Your 'source" on the Reinsdorf deal left that part out or didn't think you were important enough to share the details with.

Sorry

Aside from BF and Seacrest's feud how do the Bears avoid death issues? The Bills now, Rams and others had issues of having to sell to pay taxes.

That's the problem.

None of these mopes ever take the dirt nap. They are great at avoiding the death issue.

Move the team to Canada. Renounce American citizenship. No death tax up north.

Well they included the anti semetic part....

and I agree they have the right to match an offer, but the question still remains, will they as Ryan will make offers based on real potential market value of the team, which if run correctly is over a $2B team. The McCaskey value will be based on Ted Phillips numbers and he will value them around $900 mill.
