Hard to judge by September numbers but I would never quit on a guy that young, with that kind of power, especially in the Cubs position.

Still think he has a chance to be Mark Reynolds lite (but he'll know how many outs there are)

Tiny sample size but sporting a .368 obp in September but the power has disappeared

You can put him wherever you see fit, I don't think 192 PA is enough to draw a conclusion.

Bogarts has a .668 OPS in 615 PA.

Baez' team has said they are committed to playing him every day, in the 2 hole. He won't get pulled for performance reasons. even as a Cardinal fan I'm intrigued by him, even if he's a Kingman, Rob Deer or Adam Dunn playing the middle infield, that's a pretty valuable player.

Xander Bogearts and Javier Baez are both 21 years old.

I believe both will be decent. Both will be long time starters.

There arent really "so many kids"

The DH is coming to the NL soon. Not looking for him to be a bench player though. Hoping he figures it out at the plate and can play everday-ish
