So I'm eating sunflower seeds at my desk and spitting the seeds into a water bottle on my desk. Was just asked by someone to stop because they think it is gross and looks like I am chewing tobacco.

What say you CSFMB? Keep on chewing seeds or be courteous to a neighbor?
