Bernsie would call that a long form piece. Save it and summarize.

I bet that spoiled, evil, rich kid never had to mop the floors when he worked at Burger King.
Plus he says he's a moderate Republican which we all know is code for hating minorities.

The only thing I dont agree with is this LONG TERM APPROACH.

The Long Term success is a hopeful byproduct of having a good young team, that allows you to invest to fill holes.

If you watched Undercover Boss you know that a Ricketts is too dumb to mop a floor or park a car.

Great point.
Why do these clowns get to own a team when there's poor people out their struggling to get an iPhone 6 and the NFL Redzone channel.

Income Inequality must stop!
I demand Pat Quinn raise the minimum wage to $15 and keep the McDouble at $1.

I left reading this article thinking how bad Tom is at the political/negotiating side of business. Not saying he is business inept. I'm sure between what he has learned from his dad and from UofC that he can be a successful businessman in the financial industry. What I am saying is, each time you read an article on this topic, you hear how he walked into "an incredibly complex deal" that included huge debt, how his dad has not been an active face in the process, how he didn't secure public funds like every other sports organization does in this country, how he hasn't been able to quell the concerns of the neighborhood, etc. It paints a picture of someone who doesn't have the go for the kill attitude that you see in very successful leaders. He lets too much of his personal passion into the business and everyone seems to exploit it.

That all said, I'm liking what I've seen from Epstein and Hoyer. Soler looks like a potential star. Not enough is said about how they have been able to successful convert many of the Orioles throw-aways. Its a good pattern.

Never been imprressed by the Ricketts from Day 1 when they told us not to get personal, but yet everything they do is personally from them.

However, they hired good people to run things for them, while it sounds simple, most dont...especially with their toys! Jerry jones!

I prefer the current system wherein the ultra-rich and their middle class dupes act as if we live in some kind of meritocracy, when in fact, there are billionaires out there incapable of mopping a goddamn floor.
