Only an idiot would guarantee the Cubs will win a World Series based on this. I think they have better than average potential to be competitive for a number of years. You increase the frequency, you give yourself a shot.

56 mil for EJAG? I beg to differ. He could have sliced that 56M up 4 different ways to get some decent hitters instead.

Can't say whether that is negligence on his part or just lack of access.
