Ok. It's official Sox fans. We were right.

The leader of Cubbie Nation thinks the owner should be removed.

It appears that you can, yes.

Hey Don, glad we're both so happy about the Cubs losing....yeah that's exactly what I am in favor of. Please.

Talk to JORR, bro.

He says you and the majority of Cub fans think losing is THE RIGHT WAY

Here ya go, JORR

You cant deny this. These are the true numbers. Youve stated repeatedly that being in favor of losing was part of the con. Have you not? You have. We both know you have.

So your majority is 20%

List of Cub fans who have explicitly stated that losing for years was unreasonable and not necessary
Jimmy
rpb
KD
Leash
Hank
Dr Ken
IMU
Mr Reason

List of Cub fans who have said they dont mind the losing
denis
don tiny (necessary consequence is close enough I think)

What is the tally though? I assume it's not in your favor. Who are the mults you think are voting? Mine haven't and BRick's are dead. Maybe America voted if you think he's a mult.

If the opinions in the thread are different than the actual voting, it could be because Cub fans are too dumb to understand a simple yes or no question.

I still don't understand how this is a good thing for you.

80% of your fans not liking the job being done by the GM/President/Owner is worse than almost all things the big White Sox meanies have said.

If you are sticking with 80% of Cubs fans don't agree with the plan then this will be used against you for a long time.

So 80% of Cub fans are against the Plan! When do they begin demanding Theo's head? Things have sure taken a turn here!

You are so far into your attempt to paint Cub fans in a negative light you're all confused.

The plan doesnt even have a hard definition which is why im asking people specific questions.

Unlike some people, Im not trying to prove my team is better than anyone (They arent better anyway). Im just speaking truths.

Used against me?

You really view predictions very seriously.

This post is my victory lap. You readers were all lucky to witness this.

I believe the demands for Theo's head will begin next year unless they start winning

Rick, stop embarrassing yourself and this board

I am happy they have a plan in place and are following through on that plan.

That does not mean I like every aspect of the plan. But I am willing to let things play out.

I do not like the losing over the last few years, but if I have to endure that in order to see a team that is competitive in the coming years then so be it.

There is no reason to call for Theo's head right now. If the plan fails there will be plenty of time for that.

Next year will be very telling for how that goes.

Theo didnt screw me.

Id suggest targeting someone who has spent money or supported the team in Theo's tenure.

Um, I seem to have missed the peak of this thread, but I vote NO on believing in The Plan. The game has changed around Theo just in the years since he took the job. If he can't rely on overpaying draft picks, exploiting Caribbean youth, and pumping guys full of steroids, he's no better than any other Certified Baseball Wunderkind with an MBA. Whatever the outcome, the years the Cubs have spent being as bad as they've been are both an insult and an injury to the Chicago baseball market. I don't think they're ever going to balance 197 losses in two years with 197 wins in two years. And when they don't, I'm sure they'll just blame it all on George Loukas again.

Watching JORR and Brick celebrate accomplishment is like watching Terry Boers celebrate a complete sentence.

I do commend both of you though, as you have rekindled my passion for the Cubs. Hopefully they win a WS so we can focus on what's important: making fun of Sox fans because they are poor.
