Theo and Jed have only been in charge for 3 seasons. The losing seems longer because of whatever the hell Hendry was doing in 9, 10 and 11.

The rebuild hasn't been as quick as I'd have liked it to be. But I'm very optimistic for next year as I'm seeing the foundation of a solid young club.
