He was a top prospect in Baltimore. He lit up the minors...had some issues with Baltimore. Always had good stuff (though he has added pitches since), but could not locate. Went back down to the minors, still couldn't locate.

Baltimore was impatient since they saw that the AL East was up for grabs after the Yankees started their decline.
