Oh this was rich. Leary has him on tonight and as they say goodbye he did not like how Leary pronounced his name. Made him do it 4-5 time until he got it right.

Secondarily, he said he likes comics and cartoons so Leary says he is a comic geek. lamar goes hey I am no comic geek I like cartoons more.

Not sure but Larry kept needing to be corrected. Houston for some reason was the sticking point. Which does not match with other issues of his. Maybe Lamarr just likes to fuck with nerds? :lol:

Didn't hear it but I can guess the mispronunciation:

Larry: Le-meer U-ston

Just a guess. Based on Larry's inability to pronounce vowels and the "H" on Houston. I've heard him say "Uge" instead of "Huge".

Glad to see the problem on the air.

Always a good thing to be a radio guy who doesnt pronounce things well. It's kinda the job!
